标题[请益] 请问我这样写可以吗?

我要问的问题不包含在其他七项分类中～
对设计师来说,遭遇困难是难免的.当我面对无法难关之时,我会放松我自己,
和朋友大玩特玩放松自我一整天.第二天早上起来写下我昨天玩乐的经验与心得,
并从中找出一些灵感与方向. 放松自己是个很有效的方式,我靠这个方法度过了不少的难关,
没有一个人在压力下可以找的到任何的灵感去解决难题,适当的休闲活动可以让我不会
对设计感到倦怠
As for me, it is unavoidable that designers face with difficulties.
When I am under tough conditions, I usually relax myself and play with friends
all day long. The next day, I get up early and write down all details about
yesterday, which help me develop concepts and ideas. It is a useful approach
that helps me pass hard time. In my opinion, one cannot find any inspiration
to overcome difficulties because of busy life or pressure; proper leisure
activities may prevent me from being tired.
