标题[请益] 分词？主词补语？

There are two kinds of heroes.Heroes who shine in the face of great adversity,
who perform an amazing feat in a difficult situation. And heroes who live among
us, who do their work, unnoticed by many of us, but who make a difference in
____________
the lives of others.
请问这里的unnoticed是单纯的主词补语，表示英雄做事是不被人知道(修饰主词故用补
语)还是分词(关代的简化呢？)
我自己的解读是分词。因为用分词解释(when they are unnoticed by...)就会解读成不
受到我们注意才做他们的事情，意思不合。 这里的观念一直没有很清楚，不知道高手们
都怎麽分辨的？
又例如：
People can't live ____________ other people.
(A)when unaffected by (B) unaffected by
Ans:(B)
这题文法上(A)(B)都可以，不知道大家会怎麽解这一题?
我是看意思。(B)可以解释成『人类活着不能没受到别人的影响』，但(A)就会解释成当不
受到别人影响〝时〞(when)，人们就不能活着。
