标题[文法] As close to nature as one gets ...的问题

想请教一下板上的前辈，小弟在练习93年度大学指考的题目时，其中的阅读测验中有
一个句子是:
As close to nature as one gets in New York, the park offered relief from the
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
noise and congestion of the city.
其中画线部分内的one是代表 any park吗? 另外就是画线部分的翻译要如何翻会比较好?
小弟有找了几本文法书，不过都没找到类似的文法，想请板上的前辈帮忙，谢谢
