答案是D
It was essential that they
stopped to rest at each station,
they thought better of it.
旋老师解释是
这是间接命令句，动词用stopped，不是原形动词stop，所以错
但是我想请问，就算把stopped改成stop依然还是错的吧？
两句没有连接词啊
还是有特殊的文法结构呢？
