Q.为什麽programs要用单数动词呢?
我以为effort to 加原形动词 and 有同位语,所以program也用原形就好了
2.Food-service packaging is produced using sustainable, renewable plant
source.
Q.为什麽using? ><
3.Companies hope that low-fat or low-calorie menu items will lead
to savings in health care costs.

Q.为什麽用savings?
而不用原形saving就好呢??
