其实我原本是想用英文写...所以没有认真的先想好中文就开始 结果发现写得很诡异...好像完全卡住了，所以我尽可能的把我想说的用中文写出来 但是这不是中翻英，只需要意思可以就好... 这三句话是有相关的... 希望版上的高手们能够指点一下，真的非常非常感谢！！ 这句话我想表达的是： 这篇期刊的文章是一篇根据现存的研究， 就是那些有关於各层组织采纳各种不同的活动去预防跟管理压力的研究报告的概述 This article is an overview of existing stress prevention and management research has identified that organizations adopt a variety of programs to prevent and manage stress at various levels of the organization. 从这篇报告中，我可以很容易的得到相关的知识和各种压力管理介入的优缺点， 以及这些压力管理所着重（或是能带来）的身心效益 From this article, I easily to gain a lot of knowledge and advantages of various stress management intervention programs for helping people reduce stress and the consequence benefits of physical and mental. 这可以帮助员工知道他们的组织关心他们，而且已经试图要解决工作压力以及 希望能为员工们营造一种正面的工作环境 It also can help employees become aware of organizations that have considered them, and already try to deal with the problem of workplace stress and would like to build a positive work environment for the employees. 真的很希望大家的帮忙！！ 谢谢^^ --
