He wants to prove that human nature is gentle and defensive rather than
aggressive, and that man is a pilgrim, not a predator.
我的试译: 他想要证明人性是很温和且怀有戒心的(?) 而不是具有攻击性的，而且
人类是朝圣者(?) 而非掠食者
一整个怪怪的 想请教高手帮我翻译一下
