标题[请益] 如何加强英翻中实力?

大大们好~
我是一个研究生 目前在翻译英文文献
发现paper内容看的懂 但中文意思写不出来或是表达的不好
我知道我的文法不好 所以有尽力加强 阅读文法书了
但不知道还须朝哪些方向作努力?
因此想请教各位版上的大大 我该如何加强中翻英的实力呢?
