我是这样解这句的
less than 10 percent more than it had been in 1950
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
比10%少更多 比起1950年的it(应该是指前述的average production cost)
顺顺文法後就是比1950年的平均花费的10%少更多
所以应该要怎麽看才正确呢?
