标题[文法] 一句新闻英文

During the 2008 world economic crisis Iceland’s main banks collapsed, taking
with them the savings of 340,000 people in Britain and the Netherlands.
在2008年世界经济危机期间，冰岛主要银行倒闭，让英国、荷兰34万人的存款也跟着血本
无归。
报上看到的
一方面我想问, "血本无归"在英文的哪几个单字表达出来了?
二方面我想问文法 take with them the savings of......一句中
them 和 the 之间怎麽连起来的?
还是说 with them 是另外的 ,是take the savings ....
总之 我看不懂这句 请高人指点 谢谢
