求中译／英译：
1.The control group of nonreversals consists of all observations in the
sample that are at least three years removed from a surplus reversal.
2.The sample of current surplus episodes includes all economies with
and persistent current account surpluses, averaging at least 2 percent
GDP in the three years leading up to 2008.

提问：
这二句主要是在讲有关国际贸易顺差的实验
第1句就是最後的"removed from a surplus reversal"不太懂在句中是想要表达什麽,
第2句也是最後的"three years leading up to 2008"不知是什麽意思..
拜托高手帮我看翻一下,因为不懂这二组实验的定义,一直看不懂整个实验在干嘛..
