标题[求译] "上手"的英文?

我们平日说的..对某某东西还算"上手"(不是日文喔XD)
大概是职场上会用到的...用甚麽字汇比较好?
(上手指的应该仅仅是堪用程度..not proficient or professional, master...)
譬如说:
短期内对不同程式语言上手
_____ in/with different programming languages in a short period.
用 familiar with 通吗?
