正确的用法应该是 nor是连接词， neither和so在这边都是当副词用
所以nor前面不用再加连接词and， neither和so前面要加and，或是乾脆用分号
高中的各校题库里面，都有这个考题
主要就是分辨nor和 neither的不同
The tale is long, nor have I heard it out.
=, and neither have I heard it out.
He can speak French, and so can his brother.
so在这是副词，不是连接词，所以前面一定要加个and
so翻成所以的时候，才是连接词!
