标题[文法] 两题文法(worth/time tense)

1.The mansion he lives in should ___ two million dollars.
(A)be worth (B)worth
Ans: (B)
【疑问】这题我查过字典+文法书，几乎都是be worth+N/Ving，但是这里为什麽选(B)
呢？
2.By the end of the day, I ___ the walls.
(A)might have finished painting (B)will finish paint
Ans: (A)
【疑问】请问句子只有出现by the end of the day就可以判断这题是假设句吗？ 如果
它只是单纯的表达未来的时间，那will finish paint(未来式)似乎也可以。
请教高手如何解答，感激~ :)
