标题[文法] 该用that还是when？

各位板友好，
我自己写了一个句子，
想请各位板友帮我看一下：
In the winter vacation when i was second grade,
our club held an activitity.
我想要写的是，在我二年级的那个寒假..(後略)，
那我应该写：In the winter vacation when i was...
还是：In the winter vacation that i was...，
还是两者皆可？
