updated. Changes:

- Added cheats for Bruce Lee, Cars, and Casper.
- Added cheats for Dance Beat, Capcom Classics, and Brother Bear.
- Added Cheatopedia cheats for 9 more GBC games.
- Added cheats for Crash Test Dummies and Dick Tracy.
- Added cheats for Cruis'n Exotica, Dig Dug, and Die Maus.
- Added cheats for Cubix Robots, Dave Mirra BMX and Deer Hunter.
- Added cheats for Dexter Laboratory.
