NewwPPU tests - Many more games tested. Found another two that don't work:
Earthworm Jim 3, Tecmo Superbowl

Win32 - Added a menu item to toggle to New PPU

Lua - adding fceu.unpause()

Changed ppudead to be ran for 2 frames, instead of 1 in the new ppu, this
gets earthworm jim 3 to work again
