mc*=0.067*9.1*10^-31
electron mass: m0=9.1*10^-31
Boltzmann constant : Kb=1.38*^10^-23
Plank constant : h=6.626*10^-34
求不出答案n=Nc=4.4*10^17cm^-3
请问能帮我看一下我的常数哪个项目有错吗?
