请问 The absorption of reactive power reduces the local voltage
到底是如何reduce的呢?? 我问过老师 说这是个很简单的观念
但他讲解很久 我还不是很懂... 不知道哪位好心的大大可以帮帮忙 Orz...
还有下面一句也是一样不懂...
But the injection of reactive power increases the local voltage.
