Consider a case which you have a netlist of differential input stage. I don't think software has the adequate intellegence to convert the netlist to a schematic (i.e. graph) that will match "the differential input stage" on your mind. What tool might be able to do is to convert the netlist to a schematic that is LVS correct compared to your original netlist. Most likely it will still be hard to intrepret the circuit simply from the coverted schematic.
