我朋友问我这道题
很明显答案是B，
但是他说若独占厂商在第一级差别取价时不是可以在|Ed|<1的地方生产吗？
但是年代久远所以我也忘了，我上网查好像没有特别这相关的东西
所以ＰＯ上来请板上神人赐教，谢谢。
