1.买画的成本现值为1280
2.在第N年把画卖掉的收益现值为(1280+80N)*D^N where D=1/(1+R)
3.在这N年里，把画挂在墙上对你的价值现值为80*D+80*D^2+...+80*D^N
所以在第N年把画卖出的净价值为 (2)+(3)-(1)
当N介於4-5之间时，净价值达到最大，所以答案应该是d
