标题[问题] 脚底的皮肤出现不规则皮层

有三处如下图：

足骨附近的皮肤先是一直呈现发炎状态
最近则是脚底板出现不规则皮层
有时候会很痒
有一部分皮肤角质化得很严重
半脱屑的皮有时硬到走路时会有脚底被刺到的感觉
请问这是什麽皮肤疾病？
