标题[问题] 从澳洲邮寄包裹回台湾

我前几天（9/14）从preston的邮局寄了包裹回台湾，大约1.1KG(就要40澳了哭）
不过我因为赶着回去上班，在填单的时候居然忘了填收件人！
邮局人员跟我说3-10天会到，想请问这样对方会不会就收不到..（无法签收那类的）
另外付上收据，想请问为什麽我不能用article ID追踪邮件？
