标题[问题] .mpf档 汇入python

下载这份中文手写的dataset出来是.mpf档，查了下後发现好像是资料库的档案，
因为完全没学过资料库, 基本概念都不知道，
想知道有没有甚麽方法可以让python中pandas直接使用，
还是说一定要下载资料库开启
下面是要下载的dataset连结:

中间的 OLHWDB1.1trn (274MB) 和 OLHWDB1.1tst (68MB)
