标题[问题] 介系词问题

话说，我最近把以前的文法书拿出来翻了一遍，
看到介系词的地方，突然想到一些以前不曾想过的问题。
介系词，提到位置 in , on , at , next to , above , under , behind
他说了：在箱子里，叫作 in the box
在箱子上，叫作 on the box
在箱子旁，叫作 next to the box
在箱子上空，叫作 above the box
在箱子下，叫作 under the box
在箱子後，叫作 behind the box
我的问题来了，搭公车，叫做：on the bus 为什麽不能是 in the bus?
在家里叫作：at home 或是 in the house 为什麽不能是 in home 或是 at house?
在房间叫作：in the room，可是在图书馆却是 at the library
为什麽不可以是 in the library?
还是说也可以？？
因为我问他这个问题，他也答不出一个所以然来。
我自己是有想过，是不是会动的，就是用 on?
不会动的用in?
比较有可能会有公众人在走动的，用 at?
那厕所又怎麽说？ at restroom? in restroom?
那，
in the hospital? at hospital?
in class? at class?
at school? in the school?
这些呢？
在火车里，用 on the train，那 in the train呢？
那在火车站train station，又要怎麽用？
on tha train station? in the train station?
有没有人会这样的问题？
