Hey there, I am a female UIC grad student and a Taiwanese. I am easy going and responsible to the living area. Prefer no pets in the apt. Most of the time, I am busy in the lab and go home after 10pm. There are some nice restaurants in this Little Italy area. I really like this apt and choose to stay in this unit after having two roommates in three years (graduated). My apt is at 1453 W. Taylor st. Apt2R. There are washer and dryer in the unit. The place is not super big, but comfortable. My new lease begins in Aug 1st (October 1st will be the perfect timing). My present roommate now stay in the unit and is leaving for a new job in CA around Sep 15th.
