End effect-
Actually an "entrance length"(beyond the tube entrance) on the order
of Le=0.035*D*Re is required for build-up to the parabolic profiles;
if the section of pipe of interest includes the entrance region,
a correction must be applied.
简单来说就是流体刚进入一个特定的环境到fully developed之前的区域
会有入口效应, 如果要考虑入口效应需要对流量或是压力差有一个校正值.
一般都会忽略(如果L>>Le)
