However, despite things moving quickly, Jorginho believes that for players and manager change is just part of life and it is a challenge they are all ready to take on together and relishing. 'We have games coming and life moves fast so we don't have much time to stop and think again and again,' he said. 'We need to concentrate and focus on what we need to do. I think he is well prepared for what is coming. It's going to be a new experience for him and I think he will like it a lot.' The midfielder also explained why his early experience of working with Potter at Cobham in recent days, as well as that of playing against his Brighton side over the past few seasons, leaves him confident the new manager will be a good fit at Chelsea.
