Hill said he's staying the course and resisting knee-jerk changes because this is the best long- term solution for the Magic. ------------------------------------------------------------ 其他连结还可以继续抓下去。 这几年我比较没有时间扫新闻了，也还好有 google 大神在，蒐集资 料大概就是用这类的方式，眼睛抓到一个问题，然後去作一个小小的 研究。有朋友问我关於一些教练与联盟认知是怎麽获致的，我想我在 这几年大概就是采取这样的模式吧。（前几年则是是每天扫各地方报 新闻） 老实说对於这样的成果我不是很满意的，因为开季一段时间，新闻都 已经报了，自己看了比赛才知道要回去找报导， 这就有点 lag 了。 如果是以过去每天扫报导的模式，我想我应该会早点获知。不过太依 赖报导也不是一件好事，我总不能永远过着看着记者写「普林斯顿攻 击」然後幻想一下那是什麽模样的日子。所以说这算是了解战术的好 处吧，你可以直接用眼睛与比赛「一决胜负」。 就像 NBAGM 的 CBA 研究，也可以让你有能力去与各种人事动态及交易谣言一决胜负。深 度的理解可以让你通往更全面的理解，累积一些底子，对於作这些事 情会方便许多。 如果魔术版上能有资讯处理者，不管是报导者还是翻译团队，这样的 资讯落差就可以避免了。其实这种角色蛮辛苦的，因为那要求的是你 持续不断地工作。像我就很懒惰，你没看过我在这里翻译过任何一篇 报导 :D 我甚至连本季的波士顿基础打法都没有很努力地写出来.... 所以这样的想望若直接投射到球迷大众身上就显得不是很公平，我觉 得各队版有专门的解译者是该版的福气，强求不来的。以前地下跑得 比较顺畅的时候，各队资讯光看地下报导就可以了，而现在也是没有 办法。简而言之，「有人帮你读资料」是一件很幸福的事情，没有的 话就得凡事自己来，三十支球队，这是一件很辛苦的事情。 想想看这一切多不易。如果 CBA 的 FAQ 一本要卖五千块，我也是得 乖乖付钱。但网路上就是有人会无私地将这些资讯分享给你，并且定 期作版本维护。想想看早期的地下作者，想想看柯南，以他们深厚的 底蕴写出一篇篇史诗般的作品。走过那些岁月，浸润在前人的风范之 中，我只是一个感染了某个时代精神的小人物。 对任何一个花时间在资讯的耙梳、酝酿与耕耘上头，然後提供内容解 译与你分享的朋友，抱持着感恩的心情。如果说我愿意多回馈一些， 那只是因为我想要欢喜地与你分享，我从前人那边所获得的一切。就 像我在写波士顿的时候，我的笔里永远有 vantora 的影子。 那是关於一个美好年代的无尽追忆。 --
