路加福音19:11-28 众人听这话的时候，耶稣因为已临近耶路撒冷，而且他们 都以为天主的国快要出现，遂设了一个比喻，说： 「有一个贵人起身到远方去，为取得了王位再回来。他将自己的十个仆 人叫来，交给他们十个『米纳』，并嘱咐说： 你们拿去做生意，直到我回来。 他本国的人，一向怀恨他，遂在他後面派代表去说： 我们不愿意这人为王统治我们。 　他得了王位归来以後，便传令将那些领了他钱的仆人给他召来，想知 　道每个人做生意赚了多少。 　第一个前来说：主，你的那个『米纳』赚了十个『米纳』。 　主人给他说：好，善仆！你既然在小事上忠信，你要有权掌管十座城。 　第二个前来说：主，你的那个『米纳』赚了五个『米纳』。 　主人也给这人说：你也要掌管五座城。 　另一个前来说： 　主，看，你那个『米纳』，我收存在手巾里。我一向害怕你，因为你们 　是一个严厉的人：你没有存放的，也要提取；没有下种的，也要收割。 　主人向他说： 　恶仆！我就凭你的口供定你的罪。你不是知道我是个严厉的人，没有存 　放的，也要提取；没有下种的，也要收割的吗？为什麽你不把我的钱存 　於钱庄？待我回来时，我可以连本带利取出来。 　主人便向侍立左右的人说：你们把他那个『米纳』夺过来，给那有十个 　的。 　他们向他说：主，他已有十个『米纳』了。 　我告诉你们：凡是有的，还要给他；那没有的，连他所有的，也要从他 　夺去。至於那些敌对我，不愿意我作他们君王的人，你们把他们押到这 　里，在我面前杀掉。」 耶稣说了这些话，就领头前行，上耶路撒冷去了。 11 While the people were listening to this he went on to tell a parable, （寓言）because he was near Jerusalem and they thought that the kingdom of God was going to show itself then and there. 12 Accordingly he said, 'A man of noble birth went to a distant country to be appointed king and then return. 13 He summoned（召集） ten of his servants and gave them ten pounds, telling them, "Trade with these, until I get back." 14 But his compatriots（同胞、同国人） detested（厌恶） him and sent a delegation（代表团） to follow him with this message, "We do not want this man to be our king." 15 'Now it happened that on his return, having received his appointment（约定、任命） as king, he sent for those servants to whom he had given the money, to find out what profit each had made by trading. 16 The first came in, "Sir," he said, "your one pound has brought in ten." 17 He replied, "Well done, my good servant! Since you have proved yourself trustworthy（a.可信赖的） in a very small thing, you shall have the government of ten cities." 18 Then came the second, "Sir," he said, "your one pound has made five." 19 To this one also he said, "And you shall be in charge of five cities." 20 Next came the other, "Sir," he said, "here is your pound. On my return I could have drawn it out with interest." （draw drew drawn 提款的英文：to withdraw money） 24 And he said to those standing by, "Take the pound from him and give it to the man who has ten pounds." 25 And they said to him, "But, sir, he has ten pounds . . ." 26 "I tell you, to everyone who has will be given more; but anyone who has not will be deprived（剥夺） even of what he has. （have will直接翻是「有意愿」，这边跟中文版有点不大一样 比较像是「愿意干的就多给他，不想干的就把他拥有的夺走！」 怎有种讨厌的老板的感觉…） 27 "As for my enemies who did not want me for their king, bring them here and execute them in my presence."
