You may feel awkward and out of place. At times, you might even feel inc ompetent as you try to deal with a situation that is not in your wheelhouse. H owever, this is going to get better. Once you face the issue directly and try to sort it out, the elements will fall into place. And then, it will lead you to something that is actually right in your wheelhouse. Something that will be very rewarding for you. So, don't shy away from the challenge. Embrace it, an d you will find that it leads you to exactly where you need to be. --
