W1-2 梁凯莉共笔 P.25 第九题 详解正确，但答案打错，请由(A)更改为(B) W3-1 刘嘉铭教授共笔 p.8 从上数下来第三行，由三分之"二"的硬骨以及下三分之二的软骨部份组成。 硬骨改为"三分之一"，应该是笔误。 p.30 第二十题 (A)改 (B)或（C) 这题比较值得玩味一点，去年学长姐的共笔详解也没有明确答案。 不过我确定答案一定不是(A)Water 's view 因齿缘性感染的根管问题，主要影响的sinus 是 maxillary sinus(见W1-1共笔整理) 而在W1-1辛医师共笔描述中， Water's view 主要就是拿来看maxillary sinus 我进一步去查了 uptodate 及 best practice 但其对影像学的资料也没有很详尽的解释。 （也有可能是不才在下搜寻技巧太差了= =） 我自己暑假在中山ENT见习的笔记如下： （顺位越前面越主要） Water's view : maxillary sinus, partial frontal sinus zygomatic arch, nasal septum caldwell view: ethmoid sinus (frontal view) frontal sinus lateral view: sphenoid sinus anterior wall of frontal sinus adenoid tonsils submental view : sphenoid sinus (basal view) posterior of maxillary sinus 由此可见，可能的选项只剩下（B)或（C) 但我又在google查到 lateral view 尚可见到 anterior and posterior wall of maxillary sinus 同时一段有关caldwell view 之叙述如下： The lower half of the maxillary sinus is not well visualized on the Caldwell view because of the superimposed petrous ridges of the temporal bone （Oral and maxillofacial infections, Richard G. Topazian, Morton H. Goldberg, James R. Hupp - 2002 - Medical -p.524 ) 因此个人认为比较没办法看见 maxillary sinus 的应选(B) caldwell view为宜。 此外，家僖亦在http://famona.tripod.com/ent/cummings/cumm051.pdf 的第二页，查到有关此四个view之有关叙述。 lateral view 提及 Transparency of the frontal, ethmoid, and maxillary sinuses is difficult to judge because of overlap. Caldwell view 反倒有提及Maxillary sinus可见到骨化增厚之骨炎现象。 此文献证据却又显然比较偏向选(C) 因此我也难以下结论到底应选(B)or(C)才正确，只好将资料并呈 希望有其他高手能够指点一二。 --
