一、共笔p15上
microdebrider assisted SMT = FESS
请把=FESS划掉
共笔P14下-P15上都是在讲下鼻甲的手术，主要是为
下鼻甲增生导致的鼻塞做治疗
(hypergrophic rhinitis)，包括：
1.
烧灼：Cryosurgery、Laser ablation、Radiofrequency、Electrical
2. 手术切除：SMT(黏膜下鼻甲部分切除)、Microdebider-assisted SMT
而Microdebider-assisted SMT有伤口较小、流血较少、不用住院、破较不会破坏
mucociliary function等的优点现在是公认最好的手术方式
(可以看共笔p13上和p15上的比较)
Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is an important component causing nasal
obstruction. Patients with hypertrophic turbinates often benefit from
turbinate reduction when medical treatment fails. Using the microdebrider,
we developed a new technique of mini-invasive submucosal turbinoplasty to reduce the volume of the
inferior turbinate.
至於FESS(功能性鼻窦内视镜手术)的部份，老师去年有上，今年把SLIDE删掉了~~
FESS主要是复发性鼻窦炎或慢性鼻窦炎的手术治疗方法，详情可以看共笔P30的补充~
二、共笔p35考古题7题，答案不变，详解补充~
(A)应该改为ant. ethmoid artery(供应鼻黏膜前端)
因为sphenopalatine artery和posterior nosebleed较有关系，因为主要供应鼻腔的
posterolateral wall和posterior choana
就酱罗 有什麽问题会再补上~~麻烦同学改一下喔！=_=
