标题[West] Incoming changes

Here are some of the changes that will happen to The-West in the next update.
Currently we do not know when the update is scheduled for.
* On the interface there will be female working pictures for female
characters (in the top right).
* Town log events will now be kept for 7 days instead of 1 day.
* The requirements for constructing town buildings will change slightly.
Currently this task requires:
Construction, Construction, Construction,
Repairing, Leadership.
After the update the task will require:
Construction, Construction,
Stamina, Repairing, Leadership.
总之，就是要降低城镇发展速度
(好让玩家觉得更耐玩一点???为什麽任务或工作不弄的更弹性点呢?)
一直压榨工人的贡献度...乾脆大家都当自由的浪人好了 (冒险者越来越吃香了
