标题[请益] 如何准备Equity & Funds Structured Markets面试

小妹目前在日本读书, 去年10月有去参加一个大型的Career Forum
那时有申请一家欧系投银的Equity Research职务, 面试有进到第二轮
但面试我的主管跟我说在日本做Equity Research日文必须要有母语程度, 而我明显没有..
不过他有跟我推荐我或许可以尝试Trading或Sales (虽然日文也是很重要= =)
然後面试结束前他有提到如果有机会他会帮我看看其他职缺
我後来也没把这件事放在心上, 毕竟我知道做Trading要有IT背景, 但我没有
在日本做Sales, 虽然也是有外国客户, 不过毕竟日本客户还是多, 所以日文最好要很强
就这样过了快三个月, 我刚刚收到日本Barclays HR寄来的email
问我现在有没有在找Full-time工作, 然後想要给我一个面试
职务是关於Equity and Funds Structured Markets的position
我查了一下Barclays的网页, 得到的资讯不多
只有在Equity的Trade Insight and Execution找到一点说明:

我看了以後还是不确定要往哪个方向找资料
面试是下星期, 我想要详细准备一下, 毕竟面试是用英文+日文
可以请各位业界的前辈给我一点建议吗?
