标题[问题] soa用prometric划位的问题…

请问Eligibility ID 就是要填candidate id是吗？
然後First 4 Letters of Last Name ，假设我资料是留xx-xx Cheng
那我就是填Chen
填完之後有个注意事项写The identification number entered was not recognized,
Please try again
是指我的CANDIDATE id还没被active吗？是不是一定要等收到确认信才会active呢？
