If he can only apply one board at a time, I don't understand why his first application was rejected. ( He just applied "one" board and suggested two possible catalogs, didn't he? ) : (2).电视影集与电影不同，不适合放在同一个看板讨论。 : (3).申请者举例说明，实际上已经分别佐证了电影与影集个别的需要性。 I am not sure I agree with these two points. There are many examples which can tell that it's difficult to separate "series" and "movies". Such as Star Trek, Superman, X-Files, and Star Wars. Many SF movies are in fact originally from the TV series, and vice versa. Please understand that American like to have movies from tv series. So, it's highly possible that today's tv series will be tomorrow's movies. In addition, according to what Picard said, I believe he tried to emphasized that "Sci-Fi" itself is the main point for this new board. : (4).建议申请者分别申请科幻影集板与科幻电影板。 As a SF fan, I don't really think it's a good idea. As I mentioned, there is a strong connection between the SF TV series and movies.
