The all electric buses, a first for the system, will replace five conventional diesel powered buses. BT is one of the first systems in the state to purchase them. Blacksburg Transit(BT)为了庆祝世界地球日，将在4月22日星期四启用五辆电动公车。 全系统第一批的电动公车将会取代五辆既有柴油公车，BT是这州(维吉尼亚州)最早引进 电动公车的公车业者之一。 According to BT Director Tom Fox, “These buses are just the beginning of what will someday be a fully electric fleet of buses. Our goal is that in three to four years, half of the entire fleet will be electric and we will be 100% electric in about ten years depending on funding. This is a large step towards reducing our carbon footprint while also reducing our dependence on fossil fuels.” BT执行长Tom Fox表示，「这些公车是未来全面采用电动公车的开端，目标预计三四年内 会有一半数量的公车是电动公车，而大概十年内所有公车都会是电动的。这是迈进减少 碳排放与对石油依赖的一大步。」 On the first day of service, the buses will operate on the Corporate Research Center (CRC) and Progress St (PRO) routes. All buses servicing these two routes on Thursday will be electric. 电动公车在第一天会投入CRC和PRO两条路线整天的服务，两条路线均由电动公车行驶。 BT was one of three transit agencies awarded funding for electric buses in 2019 from the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation and the Department of Environmental Quality. Additional financial support for the purchase of the vehicles received from the Town of Blacksburg and Virginia Tech further supports their ongoing climate protection initiatives. Questions or comments, please contact Lincoln Sklar at [email protected] or (540) 443-1592. 更多与电动公车有关的资讯可以上BT官网(www.ridebt.org)查询。 如有问题或是其他意见，欢迎联络Lincoln Sklar，email：[email protected]、 电话：(540) 443-1592。 ---- 就是我们Virginia Tech这边Blacksburg(黑堡)开始用电动公车啦 不过第一天营运下来到晚上只剩一两辆 其中一辆下午就换回柴油公车了 因为有些车没电了XD 如果有快充技术加上公车站快充应该会不错 这次引进的是短轴35尺3辆还有双节60尺2辆 CRC通常出3辆短轴车 PRO出2辆双节车 就刚好放在这两条路线了 (出2辆双节车的路线还有两条 不知会不会轮到？) 新车除了电动以外最特别的是车门长得不太一样 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7lomncVlTM (路边等发车时请司机操作车门) 长得很像轻轨电车的车门 这样门边可以多载几个人 不怕被旋转门夹伤 ---- 顺便介绍一下我们这里BT的路线 总共17条 大部分路线半小时来回一趟 班距15分钟为主(covid前不少路线为10分钟) 其中四条路线为单向环状线 并且互相搭配部分路段(不是完美反向循环) 采用双节公车的路线共有四条 包含三条环状和另一条往返路线 其他路线会采用35尺短轴车或是40尺长轴车 同路线原则上不会混跑 常态路线车队大约50辆车吧 还有一些辅助运输小巴 双节车包含新的电动公车占有14辆 以後还会增加 大一学生会住宿 大二以上大多住校外公寓 会利用公车通勤 即使是开车也只能停外围停车场再搭公车 黑堡是典型的college town 也就是城镇因应大学设立而生 完全围绕着大学 镇公所都会和学校互相配合 两者相辅相成 傍晚在晚上介绍学校附近的公车 by傍晚 -- 　没有魔术 只有基础 　没有魔力 只有物理 --
