标题[ WP ] 求救：wordpress.com打不开，要如何恢复原状？

如标题，
我在台北时间2018年12月15日晚上20：00，进我的部落格「居隐总站」
（网址：
https://f14mp5.wordpress.com，使用免费方案）後台进行维护时，
想修改个人化→布景主题的个别方块项目标题
（即原首页右侧包括发文日历、贴贴纸语法的地方），
结果预览首页只出现以下文字，部落格完全打不开：
f14mp5.wordpress.com is no longer available.
This blog has been archived or suspended in accordance with our Terms of
Service.
For more information and to contact us please read the message in your
dashboard.
仪表板也出现这段文字，另到其他项目尝试调整设定时，出现「撷取使用者时发生错误」

想了解是否按到需付费布景主题造成，或其他原因？
