标题[讨论]不太懂 RNA pull down assay

看paper时看到一个RNA pull down assay的技术
喂狗之後大部分都是看protein-protein interaction的pull down
只有在到thermo官网看到RNA pull down assay的简介
不太懂的是这个技术到底是从已知的RNA去找未知的protein
还是两者都未知
然後magnetic bead是用磁力把他抓下来还是??
