标题[讨论] SDS-PAGE sample煮过後跑不下来

如图所示，
PC是小鼠组织萃取的positive control，
1是没transfect plasmid的细胞，2、3是有transfect plasmid的细胞，在煮过之後只有细胞组的目标蛋白会卡在上面跑不下来。
虽然不煮之後就成功跑下来了，但还是对这个状况很好奇，请问大家有遇过类似状况吗？
煮的条件是104度乾浴槽煮10分钟，用的是DTT。
