标题[求救] 有人听说过North2South kit吗?

最近在做southern blot，可是将DNA浓度提升到20ug反而无法侦测到目标DNA，
用的是Pierce North2South® Labeling and Detection Kits, Thermo Scientific.
请问有人使用过此产品然後做出来的吗?是浓度太高了不好还是??
还是我应该换去用ROCHE 的 DIG LABELING会比较好呢?
