标题[求救] PCR-Elisa

刚看了一篇测端粒酶活性的paper~
作者用的技术是PCR-Elisa~
上网找了PCR-Elisa的原理觉得用q-PCR会比较省事~
请问这两种技术出来的结果有什麽特殊的差异吗？
PS:作者在其他实验有用的q-PCR~所以可以排除没有仪器的问题~
