这这篇PAPER中，作者发现NASH老鼠肝脏的p53和p66hc有增加，且缺乏p53时会增强
p55shc讯息传递。TGF-beta处理後会增强p53和p66shc的传递、ROS累积以及肝脏的
apoptosis。除此之外，在human NAFLD liver样品中也发现p53、p21、p66shc有异
常的升高。
