标题[求救] DCF 测ROS

实验想取老鼠肺部组织，均质化後测ROS
目前有找到一组cell biolabs出的kit
OxiSelect™ In Vitro ROS/RNS Assay Kit (Green Fluorescence)
以及 molecular probes 出的DCF-DA <---这是从paper看到有人这样做
但是他paper上只是大概写一下，我查了一下molecular probes 上有关DCF的产品
好像都是做在细胞上
不像 cell biolabs的产品有特别写可以用在组织上
想问一下，有人用过molecular probes DCF相关产品，是可以用在组织上的吗??
