标题[方法] How to wash cell in 96 wells plate??

各位学长姊好
因为最近刚学生物技术方面的实验
以前非本科系的
所以
想请教你们
我看到实验步骤里面
利用TCA将细胞固定後
用自来水 wash 4次，这我就不懂了，要如何用自来水清洗4次??但又不会直接接触到well。
它的原文如下:
wash the plates four times with slow-running tap water via plastic tubing
connected directlt to a faucet.
Do not inject the water stream directly onto the bottom of the wells
非常的抱歉 这在边问那麽基础的问题
但 因为身边没有可以问的人
所以 请你们帮忙
