标题[求救] Isotype control有两个peaks!!??

实验流程大致如下
细胞利用trypsin打下
PBS wash
4% paraformaldehyde fix 30min 室温
PBS wash
用100uL resuspend cell之後加入1抗 incubate室温 1小时
PBS wash
染二抗:FITC conjugated anti mouse Ig，室温 30min
PBS wash
resuspend cell in 500uL PBS
上机 BD FACSCanto
发现 Isotype control的那一组 有两个peaks (比方说10^1与10^2的位置)
请教各位高手这是怎麽一回事，应该如何处理
