我两年前注册过序列... 现在记忆也快没了..XD 但我试着解释一下你遇到的问题 希望对你有帮助 因为NCBI是种综合的资料库 可以查询Protein, Nucleotide, EST等等序列资料 因此当注册序列时 需要说明你要上传的是何种序列 以利资料库的合并与整理 从你的叙述来看 你应该是没告知GenBank你的序列是属於哪一种序列 所以系统要求确认并选择你的序列种类： 1.你的序列如果是可转录转译的，包括蛋白质序列、DNA基因序列等 应该在第一项 Coding Region(s) 加入你的序列数量 2.你的序列如果属於RNA的序列，那应该在第二项 RNA Features(s) 输入 （我想它说明也很清楚 包括哪类的RNA序列了） 3.如果是其他类的序列 例如：promoter、repeat element、UTR、intron和exon等 如果我没记错的话... 每一项加入时 应该会再询问你序列类型跟范围吧 举个例子来说： 如果你的序列是一条你们实验室新定序出来的"完整的DNA基因序列" 图例 promoter UTR exon1 intron exon2 UTR DNA +==========+=====+=======+=========+=======+=======+ 那应该要输入 1 coding region (gene) 6 other features (promoter, UTR x2, exon x2, intron) ㄟ都...更详细一点的话 应该要再输入mRNA跟protein的序列 另外 若有些分类你不太清楚 也可以参考NCBI中其他的序列 FEATURES的部份 以上 如有错误或缺失的地方 还烦请近来用过的人指正搂！XD ※ 引述《BarryJones (伊果邦)》之铭言： : 大家好 : 小弟目前手上有一条基因序列必须注册 : 使用的是NCBI的blankit : 但是由於没有注册经验 : 因此遇到了以下问题 : 当我其它表格皆填写完毕後 : 网页出现的字如下: : **** You're not finished yet! **** : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- : Review your entry below, then choose either Modify Submission or Submit to : GenBank. : To add coding regions and other features, or to make corrections, enter the : number of features you wish to add.
