标题[求救] 请问pGL3和pGL4 vector

各位好
最近要做transfection的实验，
目前想找Renilla luciferase作为internal control reporter
问过厂商，只剩下pGL4系列vector；但是实验室有的是pGL3/luc+当test reporter
想问的是
1.不同的vector会影响transfection的结果吗?
如果会，请问有人有pGL3/Rluc的vector吗?
